Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Separate dough in half and work in two batches of dough for ease. It's more challenging to make one massive pizza roll!
Place dough on a lightly floured surface. Using hands or a rolling pin, spread out each dough portion evenly. If dough is sticky, sprinkle on more flour.
Flatten dough into rectangular shape at a quarter inch thickness.
Top with desired pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings.
Starting with the short sides of the rectangle, begin to roll pizza dough. It doesn't have to be a super tight roll.
Once fully rolled up, slice into 1" thick pieces, and place slices onto a pizza pan with at least 1" of space surrounding each slice.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
